International Specific Policies
All packages are marked as merchandise.
Once a package is shipped first class it becomes hard to track and may be held at customs. Since we are unable to track these packages, once they are accepted by the postal service we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Please keep in mind that extra customs fees may apply.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 1 week of receiving the package to discuss an exchange or refund, shipping fee may apply. If the you contact me later than that date I cannot assure a full reimbursement.
Incorrect items and/or missing items from your order will be shipped/exchanged at no extra cost.
Yarn that has been caked or wound into a ball may not be returned.
Returned items must be shipped back in resale condition. A refund or exchange will not be issued for returned items that appear used, damaged, and/or soiled.
